Prior to Evvolve, he was part of the management team at Nexnova, an operating-led firm focused on revenue, demand generation, and growth infrastructure. There, he worked closely with leadership to scale high-performance teams, design repeatable demand engines, and support Inc. 5000 partners generating over $15M+ in monthly revenues. This experience gave him a deep operator’s understanding of how organizations scale, how capital is deployed efficiently, and where execution typically breaks under growth pressure.

At Evvolve, Theodore applies this operating perspective to capital advisory, working hands-on with founders on positioning, timing, and investor preparedness. His focus is on ensuring companies are structured to withstand institutional diligence and to build partnerships with investors who contribute strategic insight, governance strength, and long-term commitment.
