Philip Oertle is an Investor Relations and Private Markets professional with over nine years of experience working with institutional investors, family offices, company executives, and high-net-worth individuals. He currently serves as Director of Investor Relations at Novastone Capital Advisors in New York, focusing on capital formation, investor engagement and network expansion. Prior to Novastone, Philip held leadership roles at Forge Markets and EquityZen, where he focused on private market transactions and secondary market liquidity in the pre-IPO and growth-stage landscape. He holds FINRA Series 7 and Series 63 licenses.

Philip holds a Master's degree in Business Management and a Bachelor's degree in Economics, both from Georgetown University, where he also competed on the varsity crew team. He went on to compete at two World Championships as a member of the U.S. Rowing National Team. Outside of work, Philip is an avid skier and cyclist.
