Ladipo Okunnuga is a Senior Advisor and a seasoned finance professional with experience across investment banking, venture capital, private equity, and institutional asset management. His career spans both principal investing and client advisory, with a focus on originating opportunities, executing transactions, and managing long term relationships with sophisticated investors across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and South Asia.

He began his career at Lehman Brothers and Citigroup, advising on some of the largest Emerging Markets focused cross border M&A and capital markets transactions. He later co-founded Emerge International, a venture platform serving ultra-high net worth families, and held an senior investment role at LeapFrog Investments, focusing on fintech and impact investments. Most recently, he was a Director at Fisher Investments, where he managed institutional client relationships across the Benelux region with over $6 billion in committed assets.

Alongside his core roles, Ladipo has advised companies and investors across clean energy, consumer, and healthcare sectors, supporting strategy, fundraising, and growth initiatives. His experience across both developed and emerging markets provides a broad perspective on capital allocation, investment strategy, and market dynamics. Ladipo holds a degree in Economics and Finance from Durham University.
