Juan Francisco de Carranza is an Associate at Evvolve & Partners, where he supports founders and companies in navigating capital strategy, investor positioning, and fundraising processes. His work is grounded in a strong combination of venture capital experience, strategic advisory, and hands-on execution across complex transactions.

Prior to joining Evvolve, Juan Francisco was part of Globant Ventures, where he played a key role in sourcing and evaluating investment opportunities across a wide range of sectors, including AI, SaaS, fintech, and emerging technologies. He contributed to the deployment of capital into high-potential startups and actively supported portfolio companies by connecting them with corporate clients and driving commercial opportunities.

Alongside his venture experience, Juan Francisco has a background in consulting and valuation through his work at Mastercard and PwC, where he advised clients on growth strategy, financial analysis, and transformation initiatives. This dual perspective allows him to approach capital advisory with both strategic depth and execution discipline.

He is also deeply embedded in the venture ecosystem as a leader at Emerging VC Fellows, where he contributes to building and connecting the next generation of investors across Latam.

Juan Francisco holds an MSc in Finance from Universidad de San Andrés and a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Universidad de Buenos Aires.
